TERRAZZA12

A new place to “drink well” in Milan, inspired by the elegant watering holes of the ‘50s.
Terrazza 12 is a lounge bar on the 10th floor of The Brian&Barry Building, San Babila, with an international drinks list. Besides the great classics of mixology, there are 12 totally original signature cocktails, created especially for Terrazza12 to accompany food from “Asola.” The international concept of “food pairing” means combining mixology with specially chosen elegant food of great quality in order to provide guests with a unique experience. From the summit of The Brian&Barry Building, Terrazza 12 overlooks the throbbing heart of the city, with a 360° view of the Madonnina and the new Expo Milan skyline. Light glass walls and a moveable protective covering make it possible to use the terrace 365 days a year.

URBAN

The 8th floor catapults the visitor into the new world of StreetStyle. Here sportswear is articulated in the fullest possible way, thanks to specific spaces dedicated to sought-after Northern European and Japanese denim brands. A large corner dedicated to OneBlockDown offers all that is best and most exclusive in the world of sneakers, creating a neon mood on a floor that is emphatically street.

TRADITIONAL

Contemporary. Classic. Tradition. Tailoring. Four key words that best describe the spirit of a floor where a mixed Italian and foreign clientele can find whatever they need in terms of suits and jackets (but that’s not all), in the form of thousands of variations on the theme. Here, the search for the best on the market in terms of cut, confection and fabric is based on the concept of bespoke, made-to-order, created to meet the requirements of a single client. Among the various proposals are prestigious brands as Lardini, Boglioli, Tagliatore, Herno, Incotex, Church’s e Trickers .

CONTEMPORARY

This is the floor dedicated to the casual and contemporary woman. The style here is young and dynamic, suited to those who choose to dress with utmost informality. Along with brands already carried by BRIAN&BARRY stores, like Scotch&Soda, American Vintage and Velvet, the Building for the first time hosts international labels of the calibre of Leon&Harper, Labdip and Starmela. One wall entirely dedicated to denim guarantees the right amount of space for the creations of Italian and international jeans specialists like 7 for All Mankind, Citizen of Humanity, Adriano Goldshmied and Mauro Grifoni.

ICON

Branded BRIAN&BARRY, the 5th floor is entirely devoted to the feminine side of the universe. Sought-after international brands like Milly, Tibi, Bailey 44 and Halston live side by side with the creations of new and emerging talents, carefully selected from all over the world. Their common denominator is quality. Important space is given to young creators: from Thomas Lieuvin, a French designer, to Paola D’Arcano, an Italian company that makes shoes, to, finally, a selection of avant-garde designers and brands like Ba&Sh and LesPetites.
